Attendee Portfolio Bag Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee:
$2,500
Your logo or company
name will appear (along with the Ministry of Fisheries, AusAID Fisheries Project
and the European Union) on one side of the portfolio bag that each conference
attendee will receive at registration. This bag contains all programmatic
material and special event tickets needed for the conference. The bags will be
high quality and useful to participants post conference. In addition to
visibility in Nuku’alofa, your company's logo will be seen everywhere our
attendees travel throughout the year.
Your sponsorship also
includes recognition in the final conference program, advance program and on the
conference Web site. The size of the logo and placement on the bag are to be
approved by Conference Organising Committee but all four logos will be the same
size. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
Note: There are a
maximum of four sponsorships available for the Portfolio Bags of which two have
already been taken.
Attendee Portfolio Bag Insert Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee: $250
This is your
opportunity to have a flyer or small brochure inserted in each attendee
portfolio bag. Your flyer or small brochure will be distributed to all
Conference attendees.
Your sponsorship also
includes recognition in the conference proceedings and on the conference Web
site.
Conference Official Program and Registration Brochure Sponsorship

Your company's
advertisement will appear on the back cover of Tongan Tuna Conference Program
and Registration Brochure. This will be mailed to over 100 institutions,
businesses and regional organisations.
In addition, your
company's sponsorship will be recognized on the conference Web site and in the
conference proceedings.

Opening Day Evening Cocktail Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee:
$2,000
Sponsor one of the
social events that attendees look forward to. After listening to the opening
session attendees will welcome the opportunity to discuss the issues raised in a
relaxed environment. The Opening Day Evening Cocktail will only be open
registered participants and special invitees. Your company's sponsorship will be
acknowledged by the opening session Chair, on the conference Web site and in the
conference proceedings

Conference Dinner

Sponsorship Fee:
$3,500
The Conference Dinner
will be held on Thursday evening to proceed the final Conference wrap up
session. The sponsor’s company's name and logo will appear on signage throughout
the reception. You will be thanked by the invited dinner speaker In addition
your company will be recognized in the final conference proceedings and on the
conference Web site.

Theme Morning or afternoon Tea Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee: $600

Sponsor one of the
events that attendees look forward to each day. After listening to presenter
sessions all morning or afternoon, attendees look forward to a refreshment break
and an opportunity to relax and mingle with their colleagues. Your sponsorship
will be acknowledged by the Theme Chair. In addition your company will be
recognized on the conference Web site and in the final conference proceedings

Conference Proceedings on CD-ROM Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee: $750

The official Tuna
Conference Proceedings are the collection of all the papers presented by
conference speakers. These papers will be edited and placed on a CD-ROM format
that allows users to retain a record of the conference and to access information
provided by speakers at the conference. All attendees will receive a free copy
of the CD-ROM.
The conference
proceedings are a valuable reference tool that attendees and others will use
over and over again. This sponsorship places your company's logo on the CD-ROM
itself, and can also incorporates a hyperlink from the CD-ROM to your company's
Web site if available.

Conference Web Page Sponsorship
Sponsorship Fee:
$1,250 one sponsorship available
An Official Tuna
Conference Web Page will be established which will contain the Tuna Conference
Programme and Registration details pre conference. Post conference the web page
will allow access to the Conference Proceedings. The page will be maintained for
12 Months post conference This sponsorship provides exposure to internet hits
and search engines. The web page sponsor will be acknowledged on the opening
page.
